Who put the Order in my Chaos?

Playing The Politics Game

The battle for Digital Youth’s business license went to Township Council last night, and while I had a good feeling about Council’s reception (for the most part), the battle is not over yet. Now the true lobbying starts, luckily my character level is not that of the Neophyte n00b. I will, however, need to weigh every move carefully in order to move forward and take Digital Youth to the next level.

Tomorrow night I will be meeting with the Langley Youth Commission, and once again stating the case for Digital Youth. This is one more opportunity to state our case and add to our growing list of supporters.

Our local newspaper has been an endless source of publicity for both Digital Storm and Digital Youth, and the editor has been working on a feature article which I believe will be in Thursday’s paper – excellent timing for us if it’s published before the next Council meeting.

Our partnership with the youth groups at the local community centre continues to solidify thanks to the efforts of yet another of our supporters. She truly sees the value of having Digital Youth in the community.

We are now entering a quest which will measure our true mettle, so all of you KillaNet and Digital Youth supporters, keep your swords sharp, your shields up…and cross your fingers ;)
